PRO TIP
This opening hole is a demanding Par 4 that requires an accurate tee shot to hit the fairway and avoid the bunker on the left side. The large green is protected by a deep bunker on the right side. This is a two tiered green, so it is important to keep your approach shot below the hole.

Hole 2 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.   Black 456   Hole 2 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.
Blue 431
White 407

PRO TIP
This is the longest and toughest hole on the "Deer Nine". A good tee shot finding the fairway is required to have a chance at being on the green in regulation. This huge green has two bunkers on each side so lay up shot short of the green is a good play if you cannot reach it in two shots.

Hole 3 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 3.   Black 157   Hole 3 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 3.
Blue 140

Red 102

PRO TIP
Don't let the yardage fool you, this is a tricky golf hole. The right club selection on this hole is very important as you must hit the green to have a good chance at par. Tee shots that miss the green usually end up in one of the four bunkers surrounding the green.

Red 415

PRO TIP
This Par 5 is the only one on the "Deer Nine". Aim your tee shot down the right side of the fairway to avoid the bunkers on the left. An accurate second shot on the fairway (or green) is required to humble this hole.

Hole 5 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.   Black 417   Hole 5 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.
Blue 409
White 382
Red 350

PRO TIP
This hole is a slight dogleg to the right. Aim your tee shot down the left hand side of the fairway for optimum position for your approach shot. The green is very large, so pay attention to the pin placement on your second shot to ensure you are using the right club.

Hole 6 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.   Black 379   Hole 6 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.
Blue 359
White 331
Red 268

PRO TIP
This straight away Par 4 has a large "draw" that runs across the fairway. Select a club off the tee which will leave you at your idea yardage for your approach shot. The green has lots of undulations in it so take your time and get a good read before you putt.

Hole 7 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.   Black 314   Hole 7 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.
Blue 305
White 283
Red 236

PRO TIP
This is a short Par 4 that will entice the long hitters to try and drive the green. Aim your tee shot down the left side of the fairway for your best angle to the pin. Accuracy on the approach shot is needed as the green is very shallow from front to back.

Hole 8 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 3.   Black 193   Hole 8 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 3.
Blue 169
White 146
Red 125

PRO TIP
This Par 3 has a long, narrow green protected with a bunker on the left. Your club selection can vary up to three clubs depending on the pin placement. Watch for the "elephant belly" in the middle of the green.

Hole 9 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.   Black 370   Hole 9 of the Deer Nine Course is a Par 4.
Blue 361
White 337
Red 318

PRO TIP
This is a great finishing hole. Visually it is a tough tee shot because of the RV lots that line both sides of the hole. The approach shot is no easier. The green is very shallow from the front to back with a deep swale short of the green and trees directly behind the it. It takes four great shots to make par on this hole.
